The series is very close to reality compared to other police movies. Actors participated at real police training and the producers were consulted by a real detective of the Viennese crime unit.
Ambulances and their crews shown in the series are real. They are provided by the Wiener Berufsrettung in season 1 and by the Viennese St.John Ambulance in the other seasons for the shootings.
