ILOILO CITY —Mayor Jerry Treñas has denounced the alleged assassination attempt of former US president Donald Trump during his campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania in the United States on Sunday (Manila time).
"All kinds of violence during political events like rallies have no place in a democracy," the city mayor said in a press conference on Monday.
