Chief Mike Terpak - Fire Ground Anticipation: This seminar is a MUST for every current or future fire officer! Fire Ground Size-Up, or the lack of it, is a consistent series of factors that leads to the success or failure of an emergency incident. Based on the new text, Fire Ground Size-Up? 2nd. Edition, this program is designed to enhance your anticipative skills

Chief Aaron Heller - You?re In the Big Leagues Now: The minute we take the oath of office as a member of our respective fire department we are stepping into the big leagues. Our residents, visitors, and our own personnel expect and deserve a professional attitude and performance whether career, volunteer, or any combination. Unfortunately, most organizations fail to provide more than SOP?s, tactical training, or?check the box? training. The peaks and valleys of a fire service career can be managed when we understand the individual challenges we face both in the firehouse and at home. This program walks the attendee through the journey from probationary firefighter to chief of department. Chief Heller provides time-tested examples of how to make a positive impact, and leave your positive mark on your department while advancing through the ranks.
