A: The Guardian and Observer receive hundreds of requests each month from students and we unfortunately aren’t able to accommodate them all. You can find answers to many of your questions at theguardian.com/advertising or theguardian.com/gnmeducationcentre

Alternatively, you can subscribe to our Digital Archive service which holds a copy of every Guardian and Observer from the first ever edition up to the year 2000.

Q: I am raising money for charity, please could I ask for your kind contribution?
A: Guardian News and Media does operate a charitable giving system for its employees and it also provides an internal match funding initiative for all charitable sponsorship raised by GNM employees. However, this does not stretch to external individuals so we are not in a position to help with your request.

The Scott Trust charitable fund has been set up to meet specific criteria, specifically; independent journalism, journalist ethics, journalist training and media literacy.

Q: I would like to request sponsorship from Guardian News and Media, please let me know how I go about doing this?

Q: How much does the Guardian, Saturday Guardian and Observer cost?
A: The Monday-Friday Guardian costs £1.80. The Saturday Guardian currently costs £2.70. The Observer costs £2.90.

Q: Do you publish the paper in a large print edition?
A: It is possible to receive the paper on a tape from Talking Newspapers. For £19 a year you can receive a 90 minute audio tape/CD each week. We do not produce a large text version of the paper.
