Ruthless prioritisation. Motherhood reinforces the importance of prioritisation. Focus on less but do it exceptionally well. Overachieve where it matters to drive impact and don’t do everything.
Send the elevator down. When you have the opportunity to do so, “send the elevator down” and dedicate time to giving back. Senior leaders must help the next generation and invest in others, particularly those from under-represented backgrounds.
