I love this platform. I enlist all my domains for sale here and they provide a portal where you can also view your potential buyers and those visiting your domain probably with an Intention to buy. Even if they do not buy, at least there is a feeling someone would eventually buy soon. And this feature is very rare to find among other service providers. Also their customer service is quick in response and very friendly.

The sale process was pushy. All the hard sale tactics you can think of, applied.
To be honest, that wasn't the worst part, though. COMFORTABLY the worse part was dealing with customer support afterwards. The most unhelpful responses I've potentially ever gotten.
Response to Perfect Domain reply: I understand your position. No reminders were given before the 2-day notice/threat to revoke the sale.

We are sorry that you did not experience our usual customer service, as our other 5 star reviews suggest. However we were chasing a due payment that was late and despite several reminders, was not resolved. As a gesture of goodwill, we had already changed the DNS settings, so you could use the domain name straight away, so it was a challenge for us to then not get paid. As soon as you made payment the issue was resolved and we moved on. We will endeavour to work hard and any positive changes will be implemented straight away.
This is a straightforward and uncomplicated platform. Working with Darryl P. is the key. He is clear and a good communicator. Realistic and stays with you through the whole process, no matter how many questions you have. This is the best person I have worked with in the industry.
