I used PerfectDomain for the first time last week to purchase a $4000 domain name—and everything went swimmingly. Darryl Pickthall guided me through the process and he was extremely helpful every step of the way. He was very fast to respond to emails and he answered all of my questions. Darryl even saved me $602! How? I'd originally opted to transfer the domain name using Escrow but I'd miscalculated their fees. Thankfully, Darryl was able to step in and sort everything out for me so that I could simply redo the transaction directly through him and PerfectDomain.

The sale process was pushy. All the hard sale tactics you can think of, applied.
To be honest, that wasn't the worst part, though. COMFORTABLY the worse part was dealing with customer support afterwards. The most unhelpful responses I've potentially ever gotten.

We are sorry that you did not experience our usual customer service, as our other 5 star reviews suggest. However we were chasing a due payment that was late and despite several reminders, was not resolved. As a gesture of goodwill, we had already changed the DNS settings, so you could use the domain name straight away, so it was a challenge for us to then not get paid. As soon as you made payment the issue was resolved and we moved on. We will endeavour to work hard and any positive changes will be implemented straight away.
I love this platform. I enlist all my domains for sale here and they provide a portal where you can also view your potential buyers and those visiting your domain probably with an Intention to buy. Even if they do not buy, at least there is a feeling someone would eventually buy soon. And this feature is very rare to find among other service providers. Also their customer service is quick in response and very friendly.

I have been buying premium domains for over 10 years. I placed a fair offer on a domain name, rather than negotiating my bid, they decided to condescendingly refer me to a domain name that cost $10.00. They have ignored my last two emails and shown absolutely no customer service whatsoever. AVOID and use a more trustworthy supplier.

We are a domain marketplace and we do not determine the pricing or negotiations on our platform. Rather, domain owners are responsible for setting pricing and negotiating. When looking at this user's history, they submitted an offer for less than half of the domain owner's asking price. The domain owner was not interested in pursuing negotiations further as a result of what they considered to a be a "lowball" offer. Our customer service team is readily available and we respond to all legitimate inquiries & questions.
I absolutely love perfectdomain, particularly from Darryl P. He's incredibly supportive and comprehends any problems I encounter, always ready to assist. I would recommend him without a doubt, 1000%.

Perfect domain was a good experience.
This site helped me negotiate a much lower price for the domain I wanted to purchase. I am thankful! They responded quickly and politely and were helpful during negotiation.
The only thing I did not love was that the extra fees (transfer fee and also a really expensive pay pall fee)....these did not show up until the very end. They added another $150 that I was not expecting. I wish they would have been visible sooner.
