[edit]Hello, as in thetaxon name(P225)reference onMyoxus lineatus(Q122492110),you can link to a particular page of the NDL persistent id item (in this instance, 1680203/1/9). Is it best to keep the format constraint on this property, and end up with the constraint violation warning? Thank you,Maculosae tegmine lyncis(talk)05:26, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
- The NDL Persistent ID represents "Digital content in the NDL Digital Collections"[1],not the page nor the part in that, so the property should be defined as such. However, the extended, slash-separated form is used as a part of URL, and explicitly presented on the web site for linking purpose. This form would be useful when used as a reference statement in order to link to confined location within the digital content. So I relaxed the format constraint for reference statements usingconstraint checked on references(Q46466805)&constraint checked on main value(Q46466787).Please note that the extended form should not be used as main statements, because it is not covered in the official document.Mzaki(talk)12:16, 10 February 2024 (UTC)
