The 2024 Annual Developers Conference and Photosynthetic Foundation Phase III Closing Meeting, organized by the Photosynthetic Foundation Secretariat, was held in Tianjin on May 25-26, 2024. Gao Hua from the Institute of Urban Meteorology, CMA, Beijing, attended the conference and presented a concluding report titled "Research and Development of Precipitation Forecasting System Based on UNNET" at a sub-forum of the conference. More than 500 researchers from aerospace, meteorology, medicine, marine and other AI computing-related fields in China attended the conference.

The Photosynthetic Foundation aims to cultivate a domestic AI computility application ecosystem and support the application and development of domestic AI computility by offering research and development funds, AI machine hours, and servers to universities and research institutes across the country.
