'Night Tour at Huangguoshu' show takes visitors on a colorful trip

Located in Anshun, Guizhou Province, Huangguoshu Waterfall measuring 78 meters high and 101 meters wide is considered as one of the largest waterfalls in China and East Asia. Water cascades down from the mountain top and sends foam up to a height of around 100 meters, creating a spectacular scene. Visitors can hear the roar of the water from kilometers away. Every year, tens of thousands of visitors come to this tourist spot to admire the majesty of nature.

In order to enhance the tourist experience, local authorities have created a new immersive space in the scenic area. The first light and shadow night tour project, "Night Tour at Huangguoshu," which is based on the natural canyon scenic spot, was officially unveiled in 2021.

The new space takes the Huangguoshu Waterfall as a backdrop, based on local folk legend and culture, and creates a vivid immersive space with modern musical devices, beautiful stage design, light and shadow projection and other technological means.

Through the use of light and shadow technology, the space highlights the beauty of nature, the pristine beauty of harmony between nature and mankind, and the charm of local history and culture, providing visitors with a visual feast and a colorful travel experience. Visitors can follow the guiding lights to experience more than 10 interactive activities in the scenic area. In addition, a series of theatrical dance and song performances further enhance the experience for visitors. According to the local government, the "Huangguoshu Night Tour" project attracted around 180,000 tourists in 2023.
