【Know Tungsten】Steel-Bonded Carbide Flow Disc

The hard phase (tungsten carbide or titanium carbide) of steel-bonded carbide generally accounts for 30%-50% of the total mass of the alloy, and the rest is the steel matrix. Since the steel matrix accounts for a large proportion and the properties of steel are more obvious, it can be processed by forging and heat treatment. After powder mi xing, pressing, sintering, forging, cutting, heat treatment and other processes, steel-bonded carbide products of various specifications and shapes can be obtained.

Steel-bonded carbide processed into flow disc has both the hardness and wear resistance of carbides and the good mechanical properties of steel, and is mainly used as wear-resistant parts and machine components.
